Make sure to get guest room with jacuzzi bath as well as fresh bedding. Its location is marvellous and fantastic, an easy walk to Saint Mark's Square. Exceeded my expectations, I would love to go back...

What a gem! The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible, just a short walk away from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. I loved being able to easily explore the city without hurting my feet. The room I stayed in, 106, had a breathtaking view of the canal and a balcony to enjoy it from. And let's not forget the jacuzzi tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I will definitely be back to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend Residenza Ca' San Marco for its amazing location and convenient amenities.

Our stay at Residenza Ca' San Marco was absolutely charming. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the main attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique layout of our room, with a view into the top side of another building, giving us a glimpse into the authentic Venetian life. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the view of a neighboring wall and the cool temperature in the room, we found these to be insignificant compared to the overall experience. We would highly recommend Residenza Ca' San Marco to anyone visiting Venice. we had a wonderful time and would gladly return in the future.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a random alleyway. The prices are incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom facilities. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Rialto bridge, allowing easy access to all the main attractions.

Very good location and quite reasonable price as to Venice

Amazing location, right at Carlo Goldoni. And only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Functional and adequate unit with walls finished in local fabric, excellent staff.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, close to Rialto bridge and in a quiet alley. The facilities are satisfactory, with air-conditioning and a small fridge available in the room. The cleanliness standards are high and the staff is friendly.

Great location, close to many things in the city. The rooms were not big but big enough to be comfortable. Also, this hotel is great if you want to be centrally located and you plan to spend little time in the room as most of the time should be spent exploring the city!

Great location near St. Marco Square and Gondola stations, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast, although not included, is decent with a variety of options. Charming suite with a lovely lanai overlooking the canal. Friendly front desk staff and helpful concierge. Fresh towels and daily room cleaning. a great stay in a centrally located hotel.
